Before You Book

How do I make a booking on your website?

It is really simple!

  1. To register a booking, go to the Home page.
  2. On the form, enter your pickup location and the drop-off location.
  3. Choose the direction (one-way or return) for your trip.
  4. Enter the number of passengers you want to book for and the number of suitcases you carry.
  5. Enter the date and pick-up time.
  6. Click Select Vehicle.
  7. Choose a vehicle of your preference.
  8. Pay to complete the booking!
What information do I need in order to book?

Quite little.

Your pick up location, your destination, the type of trip (one-way or return), the pickup date time, number of passengers and suitcases.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

Do not worry at all. Call us at +353 83 877 7270 and we shall find a convenient ride for you.

How do I pay for my transfer?

You can use your credit/debit card, or PAYPAL account to pay for your order.

Once you have chosen your vehicle preference, you will be directed to the payment window. Enter the details for your billing address and any additional details you would like us to know. Scroll down to you enter your card details.

Once entered, click on Place Order.

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Yes, you can click on the + button while entering the pickup address to add an extra stop, or alternatively email us at info@dublinairportcollection.com to book a transfer with more than one stop.

Are tolls included?

Yes, tolls are included except for the tunnel to or from the airport which has a cost of €10.00 during peak times: Between 6 a.m to 10 a.m. Between 4 p.m to 7 p.m//  Between 4 p.m to 7 p.m Monday to Friday.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

The cancellation policy will depend on the type/size of the vehicle booked.

Cancellation Policy will be:

  • Standard car – Cancellation policy 24 hrs.
  • Minivan 5 Seats – Cancellation policy 24 hrs.
  • Minivan 8 seats – Cancellation policy 24 hrs.
  • Pet Friendly (5 Seats) – Cancellation policy 24 hrs.
  • Wheelchair Adapted – Cancellation policy 24 hrs.
  • Child-Friendly – Cancellation policy 24 hrs.
  • Executive Car – Cancellation policy 24 hrs.

How long will the transfer take?

We have integrated Google Maps technology into our booking system.  This will allow you to see the price, distance, and estimated duration of your ride before you book.  Please be aware transfer duration times are subject to changes depending on traffic.

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

NO PROBLEM!

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

Contact immediately our 24/7 support office by phone at +353 83 877 7270 for assistance.

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

If collected from Dublin Airport Terminal 1: The meeting point will be inside the terminal at the arrivals area by the AMT coffee shop.

If collected from Dublin Airport Terminal 2: The meeting point will be inside the terminal at the arrivals area by the Yellow sculpture.

What luggage entitlement will I have?

You can select in the booking form, the number of pieces of luggage you want to carry during your transfer. Usually, 1 suitcase per person is the norm for our travel/transfer packages.

You can check the luggage capacity when booking the car.  But, not to worry. If you have more luggage, you could always book a larger car.
