Vehicles impounded or delayed by police or the government
Other situations affecting passenger safety

Payments Before Booking

Passengers are not allowed to smoke or consume any drink/food in the vehicle.
Suppliers may refuse to carry anyone who is considered to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behavior poses a threat to the driver, vehicle, and/or other passengers or road users.
Customers have the right to cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival/departure. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival/departure will incur a full fee.
It is your responsibility to check the booking details on your voucher prior to travel and to notify us of any errors or amendments.
There is no need to reconfirm your reservation unless there are any changes.
Additional charges may apply if traveling with excess luggage/wheelchair, sports/music equipment, or any additional items/services required. You must inform us at the time of booking so that all required services can be arranged.
Suppliers may refuse shipment if the vehicle cannot accommodate excess items.
There may be an additional charge of EUR 1.50 per minute for waiting time from pickup locations other than the airport.
At the airport, we are very flexible if you have any issues such as lost luggage, please let us know.
By booking with us you will be contracting directly with the supplier and you may also be bound by their booking terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dublin Airport Collection, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. Dublin Airport Collection, including its officers, directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Dublin Airport Collection from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

The Dublin Airport Collection is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Vehicles (Cars, Coaches, Taxi, Buses)

When services are not available, we work with other Dublin Airport transfer companies such as limousines, coach hires companies, and taxi companies, which means that third parties may provide services that are not necessarily directly related to Airport Select, the “Dublin Airport Collection Company”.

Vehicle images shown on our website booking forms are for reference only and may not be an exact image.

For standard cars: you can expect any vehicle / any size / any make. Vehicles may or may not have taxi tags (depending on availability)

For an executive car: you can choose from Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, or similar standard brands. Vehicles may or may not have taxi tags (depending on availability)

For child-friendly: When booking a child-friendly taxi, a car seat will be provided, however, our drivers are not allowed to put a car seat or an infant in the seat for insurance reasons. This is the responsibility of the passenger/parent.

We respect your privacy (Privacy Policies). Dublin Airport Collection will keep all your private details confidential and will not share any of your private information with anyone other than the service provider/carrier.

We will only disclose to the local supplier the basic details of providing the transfer service such as: (flight number and primary passenger name).

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Dublin Airport Collection and you in relation to your use of this Website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ireland for the resolution of any disputes.
